Sylwia Krzystofik

PGM is an excellent practice for a trainee to develop their skills.

Through my experience of working with management and alongside more senior trainees, I have been given excellent training and have enhanced my personal attributes and skills in the various fields of accountancy.

PGM provides a superb environment in which a trainee can develop his/her skills as a chartered accountant, allowing the trainee to work with friendly and helpful staff to provide a professional and dependable service to a varied selection of clients.

In addition to this, a trainee is given invaluable help from more senior staff members to assist in the completion of the ACA qualifications.

Aaron Willis

CAP 2 Trainee

As PGM is a medium sized accountancy practice, the training you receive in the firm is fairly comprehensive.

In my time here I have worked with a wide range of clients in the areas of accounts production, audit, self-assessment tax, corporation tax and VAT. I have also completed various company secretarial duties for our clients, such as submission of their annual returns.

This broad range of experience in all aspects of general practice supports the theory you will cover in the lectures provided by Chartered Accountants Ireland and therefore assists you in gaining the essential knowledge required to gain a Chartered Accountant qualification.

Patricia Philips

FAE student

Training at PGM Chartered Accountants has a lot of benefits for both existing and potential trainee chartered accountants.

As a PGM trainee you get great exposure to wide variety of areas such as Tax, Audit and Accounts preparation.

There is a strong interrelationship between the work that you do and the theory that you learn from attending the weekly institute classes.

This relationship enhances both the quality of the work you complete in the practice and quality of answers you write when sitting your final exams at the end of the year.
