Our team follow a simple traffic light system, allowing you to prioritise areas of concern and digest information easily. Any areas issued with an amber or red rating will always include recommendations on how to reduce the risk severity.
We received a ‘training needs’ analysis report from our PRA Training & Liaison Officer identifying a gap in skills in our supervisory/internal audit function; our controls were not sufficiently robust to satisfy the demands laid down by our regulators PRA/FCA and CREDS.
The Board discussed how this crucial operation could be filled in our business. As a result, we contacted PGM Chartered Accountants with a proposal for them to carry out our internal audit function on behalf of the Board and the Supervisory Committee.
