  • Reporting to the Charity Commission (Charities)

    Running a charity comes with particular legislative responsibilities. We assist all of our charity clients with annual reports made to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and do so always in accordance with the Charities Act (NI) 2008, easing much of the legal responsibility from you. Here at PGM we are always up to date with developments in Northern Ireland legislation for charities, so you can be assured that your charity’s annual reports will always be consistent with requirements.

  • Adhering to Club Regulations (Clubs)

    With over 50 years of experience, we are thoroughly knowledgeable in club regulations for Northern Ireland. Providing both external and internal audit services, we identify issues with compliance to club regulations and make recommendations for improvements to ensure the smooth running of your club.

  • Independent Examination (Charities)

    We understand that as a charity you want to focus your financial expenditure on generating as much money as possible for your cause. For this reason, we offer a comprehensive independent examination service which provides real value for money. The regulations as applied to Charities are as follows;

    1. Turnover under £250,000 – receipts and payments accounts – independent examination by an independent person.
    2. Turnover between £250,000 - £500,000 – accruals accounts – independent examination by a qualified person.
    3. Turnover £500,000 + - accruals accounts – statutory audit by a registered auditor.
